Privacy

Your photos never leave your computer.

Medical photos are health data. Lumipair was built never to receive them.
  • All processing happens in your browser. No photo is ever uploaded, to us or anywhere else.
  • The tool page technically forbids any network connection (“connect-src 'none'”).
  • Metadata (EXIF, GPS, camera, date) is stripped on every export.
  • We only keep your email and subscription status. Payments by Paddle: we never see your card.

Frequently asked questions

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. Photos are opened and processed only in your browser, then exported to your computer. The tool page blocks every network connection: even by mistake, a photo cannot leave.

Do I need to install anything?

No, it runs in any recent browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) on Mac or PC.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days free. Cancel before the trial ends from “My account” and you won’t be charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in one click from “My account”, then “Manage my subscription”. Access stays open until the end of the paid period.

Are the generated texts compliant?

They are neutral and factual, with no promise of results, and include “Individual results may vary”. Medical advertising rules differ by country: you remain responsible for checking the ones that apply to you.

Can I use my own logo and colours?

Yes. Logo (PNG, SVG, JPG or WebP), colours, font, label style and watermark are set once and remembered. You can export your settings to share them with your team.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Paddle, our reseller, issues a VAT invoice for every payment, downloadable from your billing area.
